  • All tags, labels, packaging, and boxes intact  
  • No signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery   
     

Return requests must be submitted within  48 hours of delivery . Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Returning an item is straightforward:

Refund Process and Timeline  

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return requirements.  

  • If the item complies, the refund will be issued to your  original payment method within  5–7 business days  
  • You will receive an email confirming the completion of the refund  
  • Items that do not meet our return criteria may not be eligible for a refund

If your returned item is generally in good condition but has minor issues—such as missing packaging or slight signs of handling—a  partial refund may be issued.
